1. All goods are supplied on a strictly cash with order basis
unless credit terms have been agreed
2. Initial orders will be on a pro-forma basis and account detail
forms will be forwarded
3. Goods supplied on account in any one month must be paid for
no later than the last business day of the following month. If
these terms of payment are not complied with Promote-it! Ltd reserves
the right to:
a. Pass the account to debt recovery agents, which will incur
a surcharge on the account to cover the costs of the recovery agent
b. Charge interest at a rate of 15% per month between the due date
and the date of final settlement
c. Withhold credit facilities on a permanent basis
4. All goods remain the property of Promote-it! Ltd until paid
for in full
5. All prices (including carriage charges) are exclusive of V.A.T
which is to be added at the rate prevailing at the time of sale
6. Goods, prices and charges are subject to alteration without
notice
7. Although every effort is made to pack goods as securely as
possible Promote-It! Ltd cannot be liable for any damage or loss
in transit
8. Any complaint of faulty goods or incomplete order must be notified
within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and also confirmed in writing.
Any complaint for the non-delivery of goods must be notified within
10 working days of the invoice date
9. Every endeavour will be made to deliver the correct quantity
ordered, but quotations are confidential upon margin of 10% being
allowed for either overs or shortages with the same being charged
for or deducted accordingly
10. Customer’s property and all property supplied to Promote-it!
Ltd by or on behalf of the customer will be at the customer’s
risk. Every care will be taken to ensure the best results where
customers supply materials or equipment, but responsibility will
not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability
of such materials or equipment. Where the customer supplies materials
adequate quantities must be supplied to cover spoilage.
11. Promote-it! Ltd shall not be required to print any matter,
which in their opinion is or may be of an illegal or libellous
nature. Furthermore, Promote-it! Ltd shall be indemnified by the
customer in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out
of any such illegal or libellous matter being printed for the customer
or for any infringement of copyright, patent or design.
12. Promote-it! Ltd cannot be held responsible for artwork errors
after the client has accepted proofs. A written agreement is required
before production of goods commences. Any mistakes found after
the goods have been received cannot be rectified and payment will
be required in full.
